Who we are
This policy explains how Sambrix Enterprise LLC (“Sambrix”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website, sambrix.com.
Sambrix Enterprise LLC is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #23444, Newark, Delaware 19702. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, Sambrix Enterprise LLC is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at hello@sambrix.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers sambrix.com and the email and phone contact published on it. It does not cover the CueSpace app, which has its own privacy policy at cuespace.app describing the data the app itself handles. Installing or using the app is a separate matter from visiting this site.
This site
sambrix.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no third-party requests. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no embedded video or social widget. Any script the site runs is our own, served from our own domain; we load no script from anyone else, and none of ours stores anything on your device or reports anything about you. We cannot profile you because nothing on this site is built to.
Information we collect
There are two ways we come to hold anything about you, and this is both of them.
- What you send us. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address or phone number, and the contents of your message.
- What your visit generates. Our hosting provider records standard server logs for each request. See Server logs below.
That is the whole list. This site has no accounts, no sign-up form, no newsletter, no comments and no payments, so there is nothing else to collect.
How we use it
We use what we hold to reply to you and to keep the site running. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are:
- answering your message and helping you — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- keeping the site secure, available and working correctly — our legitimate interest in operating and protecting it;
- meeting a legal obligation, or establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim.
We do not sell information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of any kind — not necessary ones, not preference ones, not analytics ones. There is therefore no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or opt out of. We use no local storage, no session storage, no web beacons, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal asks us for nothing we are not already doing.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for each request — typically your IP address, the user agent your browser sends, the page requested and the time of the request. These exist for security and operations: spotting abuse, diagnosing errors and keeping the site up.
We do not export them, copy them into any other system, or use them for anything other than security and operations.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only:
- with the service providers that make this site and our email work — our hosting provider and our email provider — and only so far as each needs it to provide that service;
- where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request or court order; and
- to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the rights and safety of people using our services.
If the company is ever sold or reorganised, information may pass to the acquirer as part of that transaction, and stays subject to this policy until you are told otherwise.
Sambrix Enterprise LLC is a United States company. If you contact us from outside the United States, information relating to you may be handled in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the GDPR applies to such a transfer, we will only use providers that offer an appropriate safeguard for it, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Correspondence. For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of what was said. We review what we hold periodically and delete what we no longer need.
- Server logs. Held by our hosting provider. We keep no copy of our own.
We keep nothing else, because we collect nothing else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over information about you: to ask what we hold and receive a copy of it; to have it corrected; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.
To exercise any of them, email hello@sambrix.com. We will ask enough to be confident you are who you say you are, and we will reply within the time the applicable law allows — one month under the GDPR, forty-five days under California law. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
California residents. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We collect no sensitive personal information through this site. The rights above include the CCPA rights to know, delete and correct, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children’s privacy
This is a company website written for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, email hello@sambrix.com and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. It is a static site with no database, no login and no form to submit, which removes most of the ways a website leaks data in the first place. We protect the accounts that hold our correspondence and limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, and email in particular is not — please do not send us anything sensitive by email.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material will be noted on this page.
